Fit-Flavors is always a great go-to! The food is always delicious and amazing every time I get a chance to go there. The smoothie bar is always amazing! Anytime I am in the area I have to stop in and get me a strawberry smoothie. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great healthy meal. Definitely a favorite place! Thanks FF crew!

Whenever I am in a pinch and need a healthy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner... they have me covered! They even have some sweet protein treats to help with the cravings at night. Love this place!!!

I was heading out of townand brought my teen daughters with me to choose their food for the week-end at the Creve Coeur location. Wow!! What variety of delicious and nutrition-dense foods to choose from. Instead of finding piles of pizza boxes and fast food containers when I returned—I was greeted with rave reviews on all of the Fit-Flavors meals and salads the girls chose. Giant thumbs up from them—and from me. Feels good to know they had healthy food (and it saved me money, too!

This place is truly a life saver. Awesome food, and you know they use some of the best ingredients. It's always a huge help for me because I work strange hours and they are there when I forget to prep my food!! If you haven't been there, stop by and check them out!!!
