Now I can understand that you’re not supposed to bring your own water into a restaurant, but this manager was so incredibly rude to me and my wife and my 12 year-old son. We literally just turn around and walked out. She embarrass us in front of the one customer that was in there and said ‘you can’t bring that drink out here. You have to leave the restaurant you’re gonna bring that drink in here. This is a restaurant. “ awful…
The worst experience ever staff rude wanted me to the pull to the curb when there was absolutely no one behind me so their wait time wasn't long due to an error on them. I told her I wasn't moving and she decided to go back and fourth with me until finally she left the window and stated she wouldn't give me a refund because of her bad service.
First, the food was actually hot and tasty, and the cashier was excellent. The manager was another story. She never cracked a smile or said anything when she brought our tray to the counter. My husband and I got our diet Pepsi at the self-serve fountain, and the color looked weak. The taste wasn't good, and it was obvious the syrup was low. I went to the counter and the manager came and said she would check it. She brought a cup, tasted it and pronounced it good...and walked off, leaving me standing there. Guess the interaction, such as it was, was over. Talk about an Ice Queen. Guess, my choices were only regular sodas. It's obvious the manager didn't want to be there. She was on her phone at times loud enough to hear with the speaker phone (definitely not work related) and then sweeping the floors...and then back to serving the food without washing her hands. Now, my food looks a bit less appetizing. Time for a new manager, or retraining in both customer service and safe food handling.
We dropped by this location to grab some food for lunch and was met with long drive thru lines due to being short staffed which we were understanding. When I received my order they left out a piece of chicken and we attempted to go into the dinning area for them to correct the order. They had the doors locked without any signage as to why. At this point I decide to call into the location to get someone to simply bring the missing item to the door and we can be on our way as the line is now wrapped around the building. They refused stating that there would be no one to let them back in the door. I reiterated that they would not have to exit the location simply bring it to the door. They still refused and stated we had to wait back in the drive thru line. This is absolutely sucky customer service and should be addressed immediately. I understand being short staffed but to be difficult when someone is politely asking you to fix your mistake and provide them with what they ordered is completely out of line.
Delicious was craving good fish and chicken. Definitely delivered
