Stopped by to get some coffee and was not happy. Coffee was ok. The atmosphere just makes me want to leave right away. Would not be back for sure. There is much better places in the city.

Coffee tastes burnt which is especially noticeable in the espresso. This could be to over-roasting, too fine of a grind, or too hot of water. Another factor could be due to oxidized grounds but, this probably isn't the case. You can dine inside or sit outside where there are umbrellas for shade.

Classy joint. Excellent, quality beans. High celings and sincere cafe vibe. Wish they had plain croissants.

Quick, helpful, courteous service. Great drink at a good value. Special menu items, like a sweet chai. Supportive of nonprofits helping the community. I enjoyed the vibe both in the cafe and in the patio.

The coffee is great, the staff are very friendly and the building is kept very clean! This isn 't the type of place that serves Starbucks-style drinks but more your traditional coffee and espresso drinks. They have a good selection of dairy and dairy-alternatives. They can get pretty busy and might take upwards of 10 minutes during peak times. The entire building can get full as well so you may not get a seat if you come in later. There isn 't food but snacks like coffee cakes, etc. They also carry a decent selection of teas, if you 're into that kind of thing Overall a lovely place and I visit whenever I get down to Winchester!
