We had a great dinner here last autumn (2018). my dining room partner and I want to order two different things, the steak with gorgonzola and the gnocchi, the waitress asked us if we wanted the chef to divide the two things between us, which we agreed happily. delicious pairing and amazing gnocchi. our friend who joined us had a complete order of gnocchi that he agreed was perfect. modern interieur. the attentive staff. visit them at the beginning of this year (2019): we returned to share the same two entrees we last autumn were so delicious: the steak and the gnocchi. with restaurants, chefs or buyers for their menu items can change so that this visit was not so impressive. our food was good, but not exceptional as our first time. the grilled sirloin steak seemed to be less quality, and the gnocchi con funghi was boiled quite with a brown crust. but many mushrooms. this chef has not shared our two dinners for us in the kitchen. we each have one escape and have to share it ourselves. the brot, the olive grove and the bowl of olives, which comes with their meal, is still good, and our waitress went and found something white brot for us if one of us could not eat seeds. a friend who joined us liked his bolognese alla rigatoni very much. the atmosphere is spacious and pleasantly decorated. our drinks were well made. there is also a big wine selection. the appetizer part of the menu could use a small variety, as there is nothing we felt like ordering this visit or the previous one. photos from maimahlzeit below. the first dinner 2018, dinner photos under marriott hartford downtown, how vivo is in the lobby of the hotel.
