Applegates Farm Shop

My partner and I decided to grab a quick lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. I was in the mood for a nice soup, but was informed that they were serving their Sunday menu instead. It turns out they only serve soups from Monday to Saturday, which is understandable. However, we ended up enjoying a delicious meal and were impressed by the beautifully decorated teapots they served us. The two young servers were very polite and helpful, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious and always consistent. They are very diligent about following COVID guidelines, and we always feel safe dining here. Bob, Charlie, and the rest of the team do a fantastic job, and we love how dog-friendly the restaurant is for our little ones. Thank you for the great experience! (The selection of gin and tonics is also amazing.)

The cake, coffee, and tea were all delicious. It's a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your food, with very friendly staff. Plus, there's an interesting antique center nearby. I will definitely return.

As always, fabulous, local and wonderful! As a customer we could use the toilets as we actually paid for something! Funny how that works isn't it! Great little space for us to come and unwind in. Would highly recommend it. Very friendly owners!
