Subway - Cheshire East

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food was good, but I gave it 4 stars because some menu options were unavailable.

The staff is very welcoming, the bread is fresh, and there are many options to choose from. This was my first visit to a Subway and I will definitely be visiting more locations in the future.

We placed an order through the app for pick-up in store. The young server working behind the counter was handling everything on her own. Despite being busy on a Saturday, she apologized for the wait. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

I didn't receive my sandwich and was not able to get a refund. They also gave my wife the wrong cookie and completely forgot about mine. How did they manage to mess up this badly?

Really poor. 2 staff out side smoking as you walk in and just 1 lad trying to manage a Que of 8. No though what so ever
