Mcdonald's Restaurants - Cheshire East

Really disappointed with my delivery tonight. The delivery driver was brilliant. The food though wasnt. I ordered for my big family and paid over £60 for our meals. Ordered chicken nuggets and mozzarella bites and extra dips. 10 dips in total, enough for all of us but they were not packed. I phoned the restaurant who said it was their error but all I could do was to phone another number to complain. I asked if the dips could be delivered and he said NO. So we had very bland nuggets and dippers. And the food was cold.

Where to even start with this place? A few minutes drive away from my house, think I'll go to Congleton or Hazel Grove next time! Went with my daughter and decided to treat myself to a cheeky BigMac (NO cheese), just having had my tea , order and collect not available so order on app and go to drive thru, 4 of the 5 vehicles infront go through, we then spent 5 minutes wondering who was working the head set? After a 5 minute wait, hurrah, someone is still in the building, get through, go to the window, can we park whilst they get our food! Standard procedure here, never ready by the time you get there. After a short wait it comes out, we move so the other 10 people that are queued up have somewhere to wait. Open my big mac, lots of cheese on it! Daughter goes back in to complain that it was no cheese, brings it back to the car, i open it up and yep you've guessed it, still cheese all over both burgers, so there i was having to go in to explain if it was that easy i would have done that, in my pjs, dressing gown and trainers! Not a food allergy, a preference but thats the point of ordering exactly what you want! Young kids, no manager in sight and the same usual excuses for poor service! Avoid at all costs!

They just can't get it right. no collection is ever right, no delivery is ever right. management and shift leader not doing their jobs properly. simply awful....

Absolutely terrible service, always cold more service to delivery's than customers in drive through, never going thair again
