Hollin Hall Country House

The Italian restaurant, now with an English chef since the former Italian chef departed, served us an overcooked lasagna in a large bowl that tasted stale. Despite our complaints being voiced twice, neither the chef nor the waiter acknowledged them. No compensation or apologies were given, and as a result, no tip was left.

I had a wonderful experience at Hollin Hall Hotel! Our party of 14, which included some older family members who were not feeling well, was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were accommodating and made sure our food orders were adjusted to suit our specific needs. We were so grateful for their hospitality. Thank you!

WENT FOR CHRISTMAS DINNER 8 ADULTS 2 CHILDREN WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, The food was cold/burnt/dry also a shortage of gravy at£70 per adult per head i expected better it spoilt our Christmas Day l would recommend people stay away as myself/family and friends will be doing

Quite a limited menu but nevertheless a very good one. Lovely decor inside the main dining room. Excellent service from Jacob, who was very attentive and charming

Well what can I say .i have been going to this hotel for year's. And the hotel and the food was just ok. BUT since the new owners have took over 18months ago the hotel has got better and better I have just been with my wife for a night away and the room was spotless the staff was just amazing and this is to the chef his food was just fantastic the breakfast was hot tasty, and plenty of it .i would just like to say from my wife and myself thank you for a amazing night away
