Brewers Fayre Brocklebank

The food was fantastic. Adina took great care of us and provided excellent service. We will definitely be returning to the Brocklebank again.

I wasn't expecting much since it's a chain pub, but the service and food were excellent. The manager, Kelvin, warmly greeted and seated us, asking about any allergies. Our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The food was served hot and the steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be returning, as I've already booked for Christmas.

Thankyou to the amazing team with Adam and rob cooking amazing mains and damo with his fabulous desserts as well as all the front of house staff including Sean Kev and Adina , they where all super lovely and food was very nice will return

Arrived at 12.00. Got a table and went to order food unfortunately the offer that we thought was on is not available on a Bank Holiday. Fair enough should have read the small print. Ordered food and drink and it came to £45 for 3 meals , lager and 2 refills. Food arrived and it was awful full of grease, burgers were burnt and coleslaw tasted like it had gone off. My wife didn't enjoy hers either , we would have complained and sent it back except we were in a rush my wife had to get to work. Also she didn't want to ruin our rare time out together by complaining. Before we left we went to the toilet , needless to say I ended up with urine all over my shorts that was on the floor when I sat down without noticing. Totally disgusted. My wife and daughter went to the one toilet that was open and couldn't go as there was no toilet Paper and again wee on the floor. We walked out disgusted. Needless to say we are very disappointed and won't return again.

New year same great service and food! Will be back for sure. Friendly staff made my children so happy.
