Bidra med feedbackOn arrival, the service could not of been better! I was unsure what to order, as don't drink coffee very often, but a young barista, Matt, recommended a cappuccino after I gave him a description of the different flavours I enjoy. I'm not sure where he's from (must be Paris?! as his knowledge of the art was outstanding. The cakes also looked exceptional! In a world where people are increasingly shopping at big commercial chains, this place had a warm, local feel written all over it.
Walked in for the first time and was curious as to what to expect. Let me tell you I was blown away! A Brilliant server, I think his name was ‘Matt’ (I could be wrong), whipped up a delicious triple espresso. He (I think that is his preferred pronoun) also delivered a great service! Will definitely come back!
Not a good experience. Too many staff not knowing what their roles were. Noisy the acoustics were odd with a very loud buzzing noise. Other people around us were complaining just after we ordered, one lady said the coffee not drinkable and a man about lack of filling in his wrap. Wanted a Yorkshire pudding wrap, as featured on the board outside and on the menu Not available, had tuna salad with bread roll. No roll asked for one, not available!!! With so many staff surely someone could go out and buy some? The salad not great and the egg mayo sandwich very basic. Service very slow. With drinks £23. Not good value. Only a new young man was nice, fear he will not stay. I would advise others to go elsewhere.
My family have had lunch here twice now and it's such a fantastic place. The staff have been so friendly each time we have visited. The food is delicious, great vegetarian options. The first time we visited I had the Creamy brie and Cranberry potato skins and it was so good, the second time I tried the vegetable panini and that was great too. The brownie is the best brownie I've ever eaten!! Really great place.
My son and I booked a table on Friday night as we knew it would be busy as it was Nantwich light switch on. We arrived slightly early as navigating a wheelchair in the crowds was challenging and we were kindly shown to our table. Our lovely waiter brought drinks and explained there was a wait for food, which was absolutely fine with us! They had an incredible singer, who was singing Christmas songs and the atmosphere was fabulous! Our food arrived and was delicious! All freshly cooked, delicious veggie curry and a Yorkshire pudding wrap! We were already planning what to have for our next meal there! Staff are all helpful and friendly. Our waiter was kind and efficient, and he’s a credit to himself and Pepper Street!
