Bidra med feedbackCame through the drive-through 10/22 at 11:00pm they have a manager(guy) that just became manager I was explaining to him what happened he just did not care what I was saying he kept looking away which is ridiculous and another manager(girl) who was there helping and she was sweet just kind while I was explaining what had happened with the employee Alexis was just very rude to my husband just doesn’t make any since at all she needs to be fired just very disrespectful and she didn’t care at all while I was talking to the girl manager they was trying to hear me out Alexis just kept looking at me rolling her eyes she’s just sad like come on now kept saying “is that all anything else” and getting loud like for what….who you mad at. I never had a bad experience here at this location until now when she started working there or working drive thru but she just did to damn much for me
I have never had such a negative experience with any food service than I had at this Cookout. After paying for our food, I was not given back my card. April, the cashier who took my card, said she had given it back with the receipt, I was never given a receipt or my card. After looking through the car twice, I went inside to ask the staff to look under the cash register table, the manager on duty then started throwing things around telling me to look through it myself. April then yelled “I don’t need her money I have my own money”. I never once accused anyone of taking my card. The entire staff everyone I interacted with was extremely rude aggressive. My card is still not found, my entire cookout experience is ruined. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality hospitality.
Food was decent, you don’t expect too much because of the price, but it is filling and a good fast food meal. Service was okay the manager in the front was making comments to a worker about washing his hands while he was handling food. The bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest and smelled. If you want a cheap meal and don’t mind subpar cleanliness then go here.
The way Jamar handles employees is unnecessary. He speaks and text them all types of things that a General Manager is not supposed to say or do. Tells them to clock out and still expects them to stay and work when he gets upset. Now, my child is a minor employee. Who after school still goes to work and will work on days that they were short staffed. It is a shame with all these complaints he still has not been retrained or mediated for his actions towards his employees. I understand how stressful things can be while working fast food, but something's should NEVER be said to people who you want to work for you. Respect is given as well as it is received. I have raised a Very respectful child and Jamar has really pushed him to an angry spot where my child may not return. He doesn't value his employees, and they wonder why they can't keep no one at this location. He is supposed to be leading by examples and is failing as a general manager. I'm so disappointed that my child's first work experience is under him. Now, if it something that Jamar is unhappy with he should retrain his employees instead of snatching hours and telling them to go home.
The food was great, once our order was corrected. The restaurant, itself, was clean and comfortable. The young lady who took our order was efficient. It was the preparers who got things wrong.
