Bidra med feedbackThe way Sucrerie Du Domaine dealt with Covid-19 Pandemie was absolutely unprofessional and really unfair. Please read below the lack of respect they have for their customers: My family and I have on 15. Reserved March at 2 o'clock. Because of Covid-19, on Thursday night, they announced school degrees, and everywhere they began to close. My family and I didn't want to risk it as the government suggested to stay out of great masses. After writing an email with my concerns to receive a refund or credit, they simply replied that their establishment holds 80 people who do not interfere in the government's 250-person brand and that they cannot reimburse us. Sucrerie Du Domaine sends the message in simple terms: Money counts more than the health of its customers and employees. In the end, Sucrerie Du Domaine cancels our reservation OHNE consent of my group and OHNE a refund. This happened on Saturday 14th. March, who surprised us when nobody asked for a cancellation. You had no right to cancel without our permission. On 15 March the government announced that all public areas including sugar beet are closed. I write to you to let you know that this sugar racket never had an understanding and had zero ability to meet the needs of its customers during a pandemic. Companies dealing with food and large masses should be particularly sensitive when a highly contagious virus threatens their customers and employees. Think twice about supporting a business that is not good for customers and comfortable with stealing money.
This is all the place, all seasons, autumn menu daytime creative high-end snacks, pm dinner with reservations meat lover dream, very high quality, accepted groups... and BYOB! Spring yes, it is a big sugar bag that offers its own specialties! The owners Opérateuren are super friendly, open and generous with their time smiles.... they really make you feel like your part of the family... I noticed they were the same with all their guests... The surroundings and the buildings are exquisite, built the robust style and the love of the owners. Very clean and welcoming. Kobe-style cuts for meat, large portions, pork, chicken locally grown ... they also prepare their own spices ... this place is a real definition of a hidden gem ...
Just because I'm from Ontario doesn't mean I don't know my sugar sharks! I grew up in Montreal and return every Easter for sugar. He was one of the best I had. It was small and charming in a modern... way. The service was very good and the food quality was fantastic - from ham to maple bacon to the most outstanding eggs I've ever had (now I need to find out how to recycle them at home). The side of the poutine was a little disappointing, but the pudding with foie grass was really delicious. My only complaint is the coffee - really watery and the tire serving was very shameful - they are not very generous with serving and I hate it in the cold for him (very small serving area), the really small discomfort throughout the experience. I went with a few adults and four children who were 11 and 12. The children are not picky food, but if you are, this cannot be a good option.
