Papa's Pizza To Go - Cherryville

Ordered for the first time and had it delivered. Pizza was very good, the meatball sub was almost as good as my own and the desserts were very good. Delivery was quick and friendly. I have a new favorite pizza place.

I love this place. They have the best cheesy bread you can ever imagine. They’re very friendly too. Anytime we ever went to the buffet part they would always ask us what we actually wanted and it would get made. So nice!

Food is great but the KIDS that work there needs an attitude adjustment. They are either hateful or just plain stuck up. And I've been eating there for 15 years. And not sure if I'll go back.

More than once multiple times items left of out bag, however I tried to be patient Jaye even said when I asked if she could toast the sub bread I don't know it may burn W h a t ??! I said sweetheart it's just toasting the bread if you watch it for a min or two, it will not burn ... then she made it difficult when I asked for meatball to be put into separate tin foil container the bread in another container just to prevent sub from getting soggy as it has been in past when the delivery man came I had left a tip on my card for him as always for him or anyone else who delivers the bag though I 2x specifically asked Jaye for extra napkins guess what I got? ? NOT even ONE napkin NO silverware NO mozzarella that I had ordered and PAID for that is SUPPOSED to come with the meatball sub as she said I called back she answered I said, wow you will need to please send the delivery man back out due to 3 of those much needed and I say again PAID for items were again LEFT OUT OF BAG they are notorious for leaving items out she RUDELY told me she was a teenager when I asked her to pls toast the sub like she was INcapable of this simple task and again RUDE when I called back to say those 3 items were needed and not included in the delivery bag ... Jeez Louise. The owners need to pay attention to this lack of service as well as the way their employee acted. NO excuse. There are TOO many OTHER restaurants with KIND employees who have been trained PROPERLY by their management staff to APPRECIATE repeat customers. NEVER again! I'm done with the sloppy, incompetent order taking and then to be treated RUDELY on TOP of that!

Always good food from here. Hours open are a bit questionable for now, but we always love to eat papa's pizza
