Seven Stars Diamond Lounge - CHEROKEE

We visited this restaurant in February 2023 after finding that the nearby food court was closed. Despite our initial disappointment, Strikes Lounge exceeded our expectations. The beer was cheaper than inside the casino and conveniently located near the areas where we were playing. Additionally, we were able to bring our beer from the lounge to the casino. The food we ordered was delicious, hot, and affordable. Our server was friendly and attentive, checking on us frequently as she walked by. We felt well taken care of and left a generous tip. Strikes Lounge has now become our preferred spot for drinks and meals.

Food and service was pretty good. Great replacement due to shutting down traditional food court forcing people to Ramsey.

Great bowling alley and arcade for the whole family! Sweet tea was delicious and Monday is all you can bowl with shoes for $20 , an unlimited arcade for $14. We got several food options to our lanes , such as Mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, wings, fries, and a pizza. The only thing I asked was for extra pizza sauce on the pizza and when that didn't happen and I asked the lady she told me they put it, I clearly showed her no pizza sauce on my pizza, and after talking to the manager they finally took the pizza off the ticket. If it wasn't for a unfriendly waitress this place would be 5 stars

My friends and I were treated with so much disrespect from the time we entered until we left. We were given options for dining in and then rudely ordered to move half way through our meal.

While visiting Cherokee North Carolina for the weekend with our three children, ages 18, 17, and 12, our family decided to take advantage of a deal being offered by the UltraStar multi entertainment center. For $49.95, a family of up to five people can enjoy one hour and a half of bowling, with shoes included along with a large pizza and a $5 gaming card to be used in the arcade. This was an amazing deal that we all enjoy. I'm glad that there is still great, affordable entertainment available for larger families with children of all ages.
