Suddenly reduced their delivery range after refurbishing the store with no warning. They still deliver the junk mail but no pizza, very unhappy.

Not going to pay that much when they no longer deliver to Caldicot and expect me to pick it up.

Waiting over 1/5 hours for a pizza and the manager is a disgrace to the so called profession !!

Not much to say. The pizza is what you would expect, but the customer service is very poor.
