The Old Stocks Inn - Cheltenham

Everything was great. The service was very professional and efficient. The food was all excellent, really great flavors and attention to detail. 2 vegetarian options on appetizers and net with vegan modifications possible. Both were really nice. Small complaint that you were risotto is the basic requirement of vegetation options in restaurants that are not interested in not serving carnivores. As Veggie, I'd rather be a little more interesting at an elevated place. That's nit picking. Nothing to complain! Ambience was really nice, decor fresh and quiet and stylish. It was a bit loud when I'm full of what I made with older relatives. No problem for us, but I just thought I'd mention it if it's hard to hear for everyone. Barmann was great, many interesting cocktails and a good bar. It was not cheap £100 for two courses for two with 2 single alcoholic drinks, but surely it for a nice night out. Very recommended

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The service was friendly, the ambience was cozy and the dinner was amazing! We started with drinks with their homemade botanical gin. The Ceasar Salat w Sardella was crispy and fresh and the bread and butter, super fluffy! I loved my stonebass with truffle potatoes and sour wort and my husband shaved around his venison w potatoes. Large selection of wines on the glass. There were enough free parking for dinner and the menu has something for everyone. Very recommended!

Very pleasant lunch. All courses were delicious, exceptional service of Maria, excellent wine, comfortable environment in beautiful Stowe. We'll be back.

Simply exquisite. The welcome, expertise, ambience, food and wine was a fabulous experience and can be thoroughly recommended. Will definitely be back.
