Dernier Train Pour Delhi Express

This was the *best* Indian food I've ever had. I repeat: The. Best. Indian. Granted, I'm from the U.S. so that may play a part, but genuinely, everything was so delicious and fresh. The server was also nice and funny! Below is everything we got Samosas delicious, fresh, bursting with flavor Kashmiri Korma this is like a Thanksgiving gravy, but it was so full of flavor and cozy. I LOVED this. Rose Lassi so good and refreshing! Light but flavorful. The best Lassi I've ever had, thought about getting a second one.

This second location of the Glebe restaurant serves a reduced but satisfactory menu. The location is very cute, too bad it opened during a pandemic, but they seem busy with take outs. We have been trying different dishes every time and have been very pleased every time. Notable dishes are the butter chicken (murg markari) and the lamb rogan josh. It is just mildly spicy but the flavours are intense. Rice and naan are good additions.

So we were looking for something different and I found this after some long google search I found this. Decided to go with my parents and brother and damn was that the best Indian food I've had in a while. I can hold my spice just right and this was my cup of tea! We ordered for four and skipped desert and came back home with 2 takeout boxes, absolutely worth it! Five star for presentation, for flavour and for the time, my only complaint was the bit of heat inside, but with an open kitchen that's to be expected! Either way, I recommend this if you can afford a good meal cooked with TLC and of course with attention to detail and perfectionism!

Great food, good service and atmosphere. The spice level can be modified upon request. Been there twice, and I fully intend to keep going. Strong recommendation.
