Dunkin' - Chelsea

I was greeted by a rude employee this morning. I wasn 't even told hello just kind of yelled at. I asked for whipped cream and was yelled and told I had to be charged...i didn 't care I just wanted it the way I wanted it. Then another employee was taking my order and the other manager I assume was yelling the opposite of what the guy tending to me was telling me. It was such an overwhelming experience and I dont like to be talked down to. I ordered two coffees and I had to ask for a tray. They also didn 't give me the 2 donuts I ordered. This place is a sinking ship. I 'll never go here again. They charge more and treat their customers like garbage.

They never get my ice coffee right, I tell them the way I like it and still get it right I have to show a picture of the drink to get right,I stop buying coffee because I loved the picture had to use to get it
