Brahma Haus - Chelsea

New to Chelsea and I’ve tried a bunch of local food, but Brahma Haus is my absolute favorite! I do get the same dish every time because it’s so delicious gluten-friendly, so I haven’t yet been able to switch it up. There has been a time or two the chicken can be a tiny bit dry, but most often it’s done just right overall the whole dish is so perfect. Love the red sauce, hummus, and yogurt sauce. So much flavor variety to go with the perfectly spiced chicken rice. I treat myself to this place at least once a week! Definitely a gem in this charming lil’ town.

We were literally the only people in the restaurant and it took at least half an hour until the food came out, and one of our commands was an salate. one of the girls who took orders/growth was less than gracious with my older tante. and honestly, eating was terrible. greasy, bland, dry. just not good.

Food is ok. Ordered only a large fry online. Still waiting on it 40 minutes later. Lost my business. Your experience may vary. Also, heard the cook say something along the lines of, he hasn 't been here that long, why rush it? After the expo had been asking for it for 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

This was my first visit and I’ll be back for sure!! If you like Mediterranean flavors give them a try! Everything was made fresh and flavorful. Had the Brahma Shawarma Wrap great balance of flavors and the toum (garlic sauce) is great! Also worth noting is the staff were great!!
