Subway - Chelmsford

There were two elderly Indian gentlemen, who lost their minds when we pulled out a discount coupon that we received in our mail. One gentleman instructed the other in Hindi (they didn't realize that we understood Hindi) to put a tiny portion of chicken and everything because we had a coupon. They were also passive aggressive when putting in veggies on the sandwich and at the checkout. Why do you run a franchise when this is your reaction towards someone that shows up with a coupon?

Ordered online. Spent $11 for a large, got a small. Thanks chief.

I come to this location pretty often and rarely have a issue or complaint, .. But today one of the new hires sneezed in between making the 2nd sub for my coworker and didn't walk away from the food station or change his gloves. Unfortunately it definitely was a turnoff to our appetites

Subway prices are remaining same despite prices going up everywhere else. Quality remains the same as well. Always good for a quick and healthy option.

My go-to Subway. They know me well and know my order before I have to say anything.
