Starbucks Coffee - Chelmsford

I like this location ONLY when I go in myself. Because when I've ordered via UberEats time and time again they messed up my order The barista was super friendly. I have been waited on by some that have zero personality before at this location in the past, so this was refreshing. This trip I ordered a Venti Shaken Espresso and got a slice of banana bread. My drink was made exactly how I wanted. Which is nothing special. They just have to add whole milk and caramel drizzle. The banana bread was fresh. I was happy with my order. I was there approximately 11:45am, and it was dead. There were 3 customers in the store on laptops and then myself. In the am it's a mad house as well as the lunch rush....I've experienced both The trash needed to be emptied and the place needed a wipe down and to be swept. I only saw two baristas so that could be why it was a bit messy. Because of it's location parking can be difficult at times. One thing I don't care for and it's just me, they use paper straws. Yes they're being environmentally conscious and that's great!!! I just can't stand them...

This is a fantastic establishment with plenty of space to relax. It's our family's go-to spot to enjoy snacks and warm drinks before heading out. The service is quick and the place is clean.

I discovered some new items on the menu here. A quick suggestion to improve the delivery experience would be to make the delivery area more spacious and comfortable.

Yesterday afternoon at 10:30 PM, I had a truly delightful experience at this café! Although I didn’t catch the name of the barista, he was incredibly pleasant and cheerful—one of the happiest people I’ve encountered in quite some time. My drink was perfect, and the warmed coffee cake was equally delightful. It was a lovely highlight in my hectic day!
