Mcdonald's - Chelmsford

That was my first time at McDonalds. (I usually pass by 1 Varnum Ave in Lowell, but after three terrible visits there and dealing with the extremely rude and incompetent staff I no longer go there. But, back to my review of Rogers Street McDonald's location . . . This morning, instead of going to Varnum Ave McDonald's, I passed and went to this Rogers Street location. I was pleasantly surprised by the hello, good morning, and thank you for getting from the outside ordering station, the drive-up payment window and the drive-up pick-up window! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything I demanded in my order, including salt and pepper packages, butter packages and essutensilis, was properly packed with my order. The NIE happened at Varnum Ave. Due to this expertise and especially their friendly attitude of the employees I interacted with, they have won a new customer who will go there a few times a week. Thank you and congratulations to the manager who runs this site.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The food was served hot, directly to our table! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a sit-down meal or just grab a quick bite.

Come on, McDonald's is the best at what it does. The convenient drive-thrus make it quick and efficient. They usually get my order right, which helps me overlook the occasional stale coffee from the drink machines. If I do bring it up, they often give me a voucher. You always meet my expectations!

The staff here are very friendly, and overall, the experience was enjoyable. However, I had to deduct a star due to the breakfast burritos being overly dry, and the hash browns were undercooked. If they can improve on these two issues, this restaurant could be fantastic.
