Always nice. great food, good service. really busy, but they still feel important. very well organized . the atmosphere is perfect for couples or parties. can't blame the lions, except maybe the parking lot is a bit stressful, as they are usually so packed.

Well what can I say other than a massive Thank you to Georgina and all the staff that helped make our wedding the most amazing day of our lives. The venue is superb, elegant yet simplistic, warm and inviting. The same can be said about that of the main restaurant and hotel also. This is an absolute gem of a business with a fantastic team to match. The food and service is brilliant and was enjoyed by all of our guests that attended. Hope to visit again one day soon.

Excellent menu choices. Servers courteous and attentive. Burger was delicious, if the bacon was overdone and not much of it, the huge amount of cheese made up for it. White choc cheesecake was delicious. Lovely coffee, which our server kindly found out the brand for me. Definitely going again.

Absolutely blew my mind! Didn't even know this place was so close, tried it for the first time and everything was impeccable. Proper French style service, a ranged and excellent cuisine with a great range of specials. An exhaustive wine list and every cocktail you could ask for! Not to mention fantastic atmosphere and decor. We will be back!

We’ve just had another excellent Sunday lunch at The Lion. Their roast pork is sublime! The place is warm and welcoming with excellent service. You need to get here early on a Sunday as it’s very popular and you may have to wait a while. A real find.
