Shapla Indian Takeaway Chelmsford

On Friday, July 3rd, I decided to order takeout from Shapla. When I arrived, the staff informed me that they were experiencing a power outage, which would delay the service. They kindly offered to deliver my order as soon as the issue was resolved, which I appreciated. Once the food arrived, I was impressed with how delicious it was. The staff were very polite and handled the situation well, despite the unforeseen issue. I will definitely order from Shapla again and would recommend it to others.

I recently tried takeout from this restaurant for the second time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We requested a few modifications to our order and the staff were more than accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will definitely be returning soon.

I have been eating at this restaurant for years. The food quality varies; sometimes it is excellent, other times it is more average. The staff are always friendly. As of March 2018, the chef may have changed. The food is salty (not great), lower in fats (good), but not as delicious. In April 2018, I had a bad experience and will not return. However, as of September 2021, the restaurant has improved and I would recommend it now.

Shapla is our favorite place of family! we love their chicken kabani! it's so delicious! we tasted nowhere else the taste and taste of the chicken bryani as shapla cook!

The Shapla is always my go to Indian. Delicious food served with excellent service. Always recommend to friends and family.
