I visit this restaurant almost every day for a coffee and two cheese scones. The staff are always polite, helpful, and efficient. I have always had a positive experience at this establishment.

The service was polite and efficient. The atmosphere was clean and there was a good crowd. I also enjoyed the tasty almond croissant and had a nice Earl Grey tea to go with it.

This is a terrible place to eat, the food is terrible and this particular worker, quite young with dark hair is very rude and couldn't even make my milkshake properly. Do not go here.

Popped in here just for a quick break. Big mistake! . Outside tables not cleaned still with trays and used coffee cups, went to counter not sure if they offer table service. The coffee came up just warm. And Aero mint milk shake must be the worst I’ve ever had. It was full of powder and like drinking a cup of sugar. When taken back to counter the staff were unhelpful and I only wished that I had given the money to a homeless person just outside. This place should not be operating as a coffee shop. Maybe a soup kitchen. Please avoid and save your hard earned money
