Costa Azul - CHELEM

Tony was great. But the food was very poor and very fat. It wasn't good overall. I will not eat here!!!!!!!!!

I was here tonight because his only restaurant is just a few minutes walk from my bnb.i a single lady. I'm here at sunset. The waitress is a charming young lady. I had an excellent blender margarita, followed by grilled fish I asked... without beans or rice, instead of fries and salad. Great fish and really good fries. The house bread and bean dive were also delicious. It was dark when I left, I paid and was a few steps on the street when the waitress ran and insisted I came back. Her mom waited in her car to drive me home, insisted! It's just 15 minutes walk, but hey. It was so nice and thoughtful. I'll come back. Great food, true goodness, it won't be better!

This place is right at the main train, only to drive in Chelem! Great place, more lunch, but open for dinner. Also with the full mosquito attack (which they took care of with smokey burning egg boxes and IT WORKED), this place...has amazing local and fresh food. Friend had a brochette with shrimps and chicken and I had a few stuffed seafood kitschige ball of goodness. The food was fresh, hot, good portion and all served a smile and great care. The server was super attentive, but let us enjoy our meal. I would recommend this place 100% if you were looking for a local Mexican food experience.

The food was very good, more than we could eat, and the prices were reasonable. Their menu has a lot of seafood options. The place was pretty empty the night we were there.

Las personas que vacacionan en Chelem tienen en la mente este lugar con más de treinta años de haber iniciado sus servicios. El restaurante ha mejorado de aspecto y de servicios, aunque sigue siendo modesto. Casi siempre está lleno y en los meses de calor, no cabe un alfiler. Sus botanas son muy sabrosas (con una cerveza trajeron un muy rico ceviche de pescado, papas, muy buena ensalada de Marlin, calabaza, etc). El pulpo de la casa es riquísimo. Lo demás, normal. Por tres personas con tres entradas y tres platos fuertes, 600 pesos.
