Burger King - Chehalis

They got my order wrong twice, and the food has declined in quality since I visited last. Also many items I loved were removed from the menu.

Trinity was extremely rude. First off refused to acknowledge the counter when I told her was there to pick up order she rolled her eyes and snapped. When I Thanked her she rolled eyes again, I requested manager which point was told she was shift super. She said she 's not allowed to give out best time of day to contact manager or their name said she 'd take my info (so she could presumably throw away). She then told me to leave, bye bye waving her hand. Absolutely appalling service regardless.

The lobby wasn't open last time my bestie and I were planning to eat inside and a sign on the door said it was closed due to staff shortages. Kind of disappointing to drive all that way and not be able to sit down inside and enjoy a meal. But the drive-thru was still open and food is always good here. ?

So…. They can count, but they can’t read. Did a pick up order, nice and simple. Double whopper extra onion and baconator no ketchup, no mayo. And a 6 piece chicken fry.Whopper patties were old, no ketchup. Baconator had mayo and lettuce on it?? Bottom bun was black. Ketchup in dispenser wasn’t right, was way too thick for ketchup so makes me think it’s ancient. Probably one of the worst BK’s I’ve been to.

The playplace is closed indefinitely. The staff were great, and the food was better than I remember, but we came for the playplace on this trip. It certainly wasn't the staff's fault, but a disappointment nonetheless.Kid-friendliness: The playplace is sadly closed. It would have been the most kid-friendly place around, but now is on par with the other restaurants in the area.
