Bidra med feedbackFriendly front desk but a bit too nosey about how much food we ordered for dinner from door dash. Good sized room with a king bed, but very dated. The toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushing. The TV was small. The a/c unit was very noisy. The room was very humid. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs and potatoes. Bagels and muffins and a few cereals. Coffee was decent but no cold half and half, just cold milk. I didn't like the staff member watching my every move. Why the supervision? Irritating. They have a complementary Shuttle to the airport but when we went to take it, the guy driving and working the front desk said it would not be leaving until another 20 minutes, without a concern on us being in a rush.
Great king-size hot tub suite with a fridge, microwave, sofa, and walk in shower. Great hot breakfast with yogurt, toast, home fries, eggs, sausage, juice, and coffee. The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. The halls are very outdated and run down with dirty carpets. The rooms are very good though.
Decent hotel that is prices more than fair. Located literally a 2 minute drive from the Buffalo Niagara Airport. We stayed here part of a park and fly deal as we had an early morning flight the next morning. The employees were all super friendly including the shuttle driver. We requested a 3am wake up call and got it, and when we got to the lobby at 4am, the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. If you will be parking fore more than a week, the lot is off site, but the shuttle will take you to and from when you drop off your car or need to retrieve it at the end of your trip. Breakfast was available, but we didn't take advantage of that. The hotel room was a little dirty, but we didn't mind so much as we were only there for about 7 hours.
Not much to say except yet another Comfort/Choice brand that has outlived its usefulness by about three decades. Depressing, dated, dirty rooms that smell like death, with an uninspired breakfast area only advised for the blind and starving. Points given for the efficient check-in and out, and the punctual airport shuttle.
Our party of six stayed one night as part of a long road trip. Of all of the hotels we've stayed at thus far, this one is by far and away the worst. The beds are much smaller than advertised, and there was a stench of mold and cigarette smoke filling the room (despite their policy of being smoke-free). The experience might have been doable if it weren't for the abhorrent service. The hotel provided us one travel-sized set of shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap for six people, which I thought wasn't a problem, because I could just ask for more. However, when I went to the front desk to do so, the receptionist acted like I'd asked him to climb a mountain. He even rolled his eyes at me and made a snarky comment when I had the audacity to request another bar of soap. Absolutely no redeeming qualities to this location. Sure, it's close to the Buffalo airport, but you could do better with any of the other several hotels in the area, and you'd be wise to do so.
