Ihop - Cheektowaga

I would like to give 3.5 stars. The food was really delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. But I GOT HAIR in my FOOD. I called them and showed it but the reaction was lame , and they said sorry just for formality. The service was okay but the staff could be more friendly.

Most of the staff did not seem to want to even be there. Shortly after walking in and before being seated, we were even told that they thought the manager was going to close down for the day because they got a little busy for lunch. There was one group of about 7 people seated when we arrived at 1 pm, with a group of three people waiting to be seated before us. It took 20 minutes to get seated, another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. We did not feel entirely welcome or even wanted during the entire experience.

I waited an hour to be seated and once I received a table I waited another 20 minutes to have my drink order taken. To top it off the food wait was long. I ordered eggs scrambled with spinach and mushrooms and there was a hair! A long extendo hair with cheese so I sent the order back and said please hold the hair and the cheese. My Turkey bacon had green spots. They told me it was from the grill and they would make it over … then I received my replacent order of Turkey bacon which still had green spots. Must be mold! I will never eat here again.

Went to this location for breakfast. When we arrived we were seated quickly. We quickly noticed that the menus we were given were disgusting and quite dirty but to make matters worse, we'd been given 2 menus with different prices on them. They charged us the higher of the 2 prices. We ordered 1 breakfast to share and added an egg on . The egg was never added on and the eggs we did receive were not fully cooked. There was still clear egg white fluid on the eggs. Not entirely edible. Additionally my mug for my tea was sticky along the handle. Service was fine. There was only 1 other family in the restaurant. Before we even finished eating, the waitress gave us the check. It seemed odd because you would think you'd want to keep the few guests you have there as long as possible. Overall not the best experience.

Food was decent. Didn't really eat because the restaurant conditions took my appetite. The bathroom however...FILTHY and it's clearly a sewer problem because the bathroom smells sooooo rotten like a fresh sewer. Noxious gas for sure! Health hazard! Also dining area floors are terribly dirty and stick. Very disgusting
