Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cheektowaga

Please don’t ever go to this location. I like to be fair on reviews but I can’t imagine giving this location more than one star. The staff yelled at a man when he opened the door for not wearing a mask (fair I suppose) then they ran out of lettuce, and mild with tomato’s!!! Did not say anything until the order was pretty much made And look at the picture !!! Half a burrito bowl mostly empty!!! So sad I paid $20 for rice!!!! The rice is good but geez. Can’t say the chicken. Was that great tbh. So disappointed, poor customer service and experience in my opinion.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I foolishly continue to order from. I only order here because it saves me from driving further to another Chipotle location. I understand it's a busy area and I can understand not having online orders ready in time here and there. It's been consistent, every time I order online from this location I am waiting 20-30 min minimum past the ready time. A couple times I have waited an hour. I start to show up 10 min after my ready pick up time to ensure that I time it perfectly but I still am left disappointed and waiting. Just recently I ordered and came up to the cashier and told her I was here to pick up my online order. I gave her my name and time (The staff keeps the orders behind them and not even on the online order shelf so even if it was ready I would still have to ask an employee). She checked the bags and told me it was not ready yet. The traffic seemed lighter than usual so I was hoping that my order would be out relatively soon...not the case by any means. I stood there waiting in front of the same cashier for 20 min. I walked up and asked if my order was ready and she had asked once again what name I was waiting on. I told her again and sure enough my order had been sitting behind her on the counter. I am not sure how long it was sitting there but I had a feeling if I didn't ask I would be waiting even longer. My burrito was cold and yet again I was left disappointed. This was 30 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. The customer service is not very good here and the online order system needs to be addressed. The employees should also be trained on how to communicate with one another properly to efficiently get orders out in time. Its a nightmare, I will not be visiting this location anytime soon.

This is the most disgusting chipotle ever. I went on Jan 27th around 5/6pm and oh my god the stations were a mess. The toppings were cross contaminating and dried up on the corners. Floor was soaked with ice and water from the snow outside. Basically all the tables were dirty except for the one and there were only 3 customers in the store. Absolutely DISGUSTING. LOOK AT THE GUACAMOLE THEY GAVE ME. THEY PUT TWO OF THE CUPS AT THE BOTTOM SO I WOULDN’T NOTICE. YOU WILL GET SICK DONT EAT HERE.

Man I hate to leave a 1 star review but if it saves somebody from going here then it’s worth it. You walk in and every table hasn’t been wiped off. No big deal, it was like 1:30 so maybe they were busy. I ordered my food and they didn’t have hot sauce or napkins out so I asked them to fill it and they did. Then I found a hair in the bowl I was eating out of. At that point I threw the rest out. I went to use the bathroom and it was of course disgusting. My main concern was that there was no toilet paper so the toilet was clogged with paper towels and there was NO SOAP or SANITIZER so how are the employees washing their hands. I’m disgusted I ate there. Again, not a big deal individually but clearly this location doesn’t have it together. Fast food is a tough gig, but you can’t have signs saying employees must wash hands before returning to work and then not have soap. I wish I read the reviews. I’ll never eat here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never been more disgusted by a Chipotle than this. There was literally food all over the floor, the tables, the counters, stepped in, and trash EVERYWHERE! The staff was rude, they were forcing people to order online, the counters behind the glass service area were abysmal, and the music in the back was so loud they were yelling over eachother to be heard. I ordered online and had to wait for nearly 30min for them to make it, and my bag was then tossed at the pick up shelf. There was old food stuck to my bag and all of my containers were covered in mess. I ended up tossing my food in the trash because I was worried I would get sick if I ate it considering the condition of this location. No one was wearing any gloves or hairnets. I literally watched them touch their phones, face, the filthy counters and then prepare food. Disgusting. A health inspector honestly needs to pay them a visit. This is a major health concern.
