Expensive and overated restaurant nearby the pagodas. Do not choose it only because it is in Lonely Planet

Very good food and fair prices. After we tried 3 other places in Bagan, we returned here for our last dinner before the bus to inle lake. Waiters speak good english and waiting time is short. They serve beer on tap and as bottles. Can definately recommend the place. Only downside is, that it is close to the main road and can get a bit noisy if you sit outside.

Underwhelmed. Got the special curry prawns with a carrot salad and an order of fried noodles. It was one of the more expensive meals we've had in Myanmar and one of the more disappointing. The portions were small the prawn curry consisted of two prawns in a small bowl with some heavily stewed vegetables and a small portion of rice. The noodles were quite greasy and overcooked. I'd give this place a pass: there are others that serve better food at better prices.

Really nice restaurant. We weren't super hungry but wanted to eat before our bus ride so we ordered the thick veggie soup #7) and I got a watermelon smoothie. The soup was a little oily but it had cauliflower, beans, carrots, red beans, onions and some other leaves. The smoothie was nice. Very quick service and it was fun to watch the soccer and handball games happening across the road.

Excellent food, we had a papaya salad with a fish curry and it was heavenly. The beer was icy cold and the prices were very reasonable.
