We called to order at home, the man who answered the call was quite borderline, he spoke in a very heavy way, it was difficult for him to answer the call (as if without desire). To top it off, he takes our order and tells us that it would take approximately 50 minutes. We had to call again, it had been 1 hour and 30 minutes. Much longer waiting time than he told us. And the auction was that after those desires with which he answers the calls (which of course take away the desire to call again and have this man answer you), he had taken the wrong order since the pizzas we ordered (1 family and a medium) came backwards in terms of the flavors we ordered. From my point of view, it was a disaster since the dough came raw on top of the family pizza.

We ordered a pizza to celebrate my daughter's good grades, they told us that it would take about 20 minutes to take her home, after more than an hour we call again and they tell us that they are taking time because the oven had broken and it was already fixed, Which is a lie because another friend from there from Chauchina went to buy it and it wasn't broken. The lady who answered me on the phone was very unpleasant and my daughter was left crying and without pizza because of them, since the next day she had school and could not go to bed later, a regrettable spectacle and all this because it occurred to me to call past an hour and a bit to see what happened, otherwise I can spend days waiting.
