Subway - Chattanooga

Now I see why this Subway has bad reviews..went there this morning because the website says the open at 9a.m. I got there about 9:15 and they wasn't open. Either update your store hours or open at 9 like the website says.

Never friendly. This is the closest one time my house I avoid and go to the one on Ringold rd

Worst customer service ever. The employee was talking on the phone to a friend while somewhat listening to my order and slopping the ingredients together. Very rude.

Terrible service, ordered online for pick up with more than an hour before closing, got confirmation and paid with confirmed time, went to store and they didn't have the order, got an email saying the date of pickup had been moved to the next day at the time it was supposed to be picked up originally and they were very rude. There was not an option to order for the next day and it even specified 20 min pickup. Eventually asked if we could just pay for new sandwiches again and the owner randomly said that they were closing 40 min early and that we could come tomorrow early afternoon. Wouldn't give refund. Worth the drive to another location. Wouldn't give them your money...
