Chick-fil-a - Chattanooga

As always Chic-fil-A seems bright and goes beyond and beyond! We received several gift cards that allowed certain food items, but we were not sure if they would take more than one at a time. You let us use one for each family member! When we brought our food out, they left and discovered that we were a short sandwich. The manager saw how I went up, he asked how he could help, I told him immediately he went and took another sandwich, apologized and said thank you. While all employees were very friendly and helpful! I can't recommend it enough! Go!

Not the first time that I have ordered my meal and have not gotten what I ordered. I was missing 3 chicken biscuits ..don?t understand that one. Great food but I think if it?s fast food, then may want to double triple check what the customer ordered. Again, love the food and service but I have had multiple instances where this has happened. ???

Nice friendly , patient people, I don't always know what I want right away. Last visit I had their Cobb salad. Got extra nuggets for my salad. Very good.

You have to love the grilled chicken club and waffle fries! The fries were not as hot as they usually are, but the taste was still pretty good and it didn't overshadow all the other times I've had consistently great food from the Chick-fil-A locations I've visited over the years. I appreciate how friendly the staff is and their reminder that it's their pleasure to serve me! Eat more chicken!

Chick-fil-A continues to be the top fast food place in my opinion. No matter where you go in the country the quality of food and the staff are always friendly. We have either lived or driven through Georgia, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland and they are all great! The only opportunity we experienced this time was the staff failed to inform us that our food had been ready and waiting for an unknown length of time over to the opposite side of the restaurant. Keep up the great food and friendly staff!
