Bidra med feedbackFriendly service with great takeout bbq pork. Next time I'm hoping it is warm enough to eat in their nice covered outdoor space. They have an interesting and delicious coleslaw recipe that we enjoyed very much, it was like a favorite aunt's recipe or something.
I was skeptical to visit on Tuesday and find them closed and then read some less than cheap reviews. yes, the prices are higher than other places, but the quality of food is much better. I have a pork plate with honey-apfelslawe and French pommes. the swarm is extremely moist and well seasoned, but not flooded with too much smoke. the fries are freshly cut and excellent. the claw is better than most I had. make sure they order outside on the terrace, as I was tasty when I tried to go into an unlocked door that had no sign that I stayed outside. the hours are a bit strange as they are open Wednesday to Saturday. they should definitely at least treat themselves if they probably go back.
I finally stopped to try this place out. Ordered the Brisket plate with baked beans and fried okra. Hands down some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. It was so tender and moist that I never used the sweet sauce that came with it. Loved the baked beans and fried okra. The plate is huge and well worth every penny.
We made the pilgrimage from FT. Myers Florida today for lunch and it did not disappoint. We could smell the BBQ from a mile away. Great service and an eclectic collection of smokers. We look forward to coming back. Oh should probably mention the food was amazing. It’s a Chattanooga Gem. Ash Rebecca,
I'm a field service guy and travel Monday through Friday. I am from North Carolina and I absolutely love BBQ. Another tech was with me and we stopped in yesterday and ate on the patio. Great food, great service and the owners talked with us a bit. 10/10 heavily recommend. Loved it!
