Bidra med feedbackLovely sunny café located in Neutral Bay, tucked away on a peaceful street. The food is scrumptious, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.
Hidden in a secluded alley, this cafe came highly recommended, and now I understand why. I couldn't resist trying the chili crab scrambled eggs, and they were absolutely delicious. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I will definitely return.
This is our favorite restaurant for a casual meal. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always providing excellent service with a touch of humor. The menu is constantly changing, featuring sustainable ingredients and bold flavors.
My wife and I ventured out for a long walk to Neutral Bay to buy some vitamins and on our return, we found a nice cafe that was busy and serving customers that were sitting at tables inside and outside their premises. One of the few cafes that we saw open and operating around the area, after the Covid -19 Pandemic. Tables and chairs were set apart and people sat looking away from those in the next table. It felt quite safe. I had read a review of the cafe that stated it was Korean, but I didn't find anything overtly Korean about the menu or the staff. It seems to be an Australian cafe and the religious connotation of the cafe's name, appears to be in name only. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. We read the menu before sitting down, just in case there was a time constraint on the table, but that wasn't the case at all. We sat outside the door, in the sun, it was very pleasant. My wife and I decided to share 1 meal and we chose the Grilled Salmon of Citrus Salad $18.00) consisting of a large piece of crispy skin salmon, W sautéed greens, hempseed dukkah, zoodles, coriander, golden Parmesan nuggets, dehydrated chickpeas house citrus dressing. I thought it was delicious, though it was well drizzled in good quality, olive oil, but was a little too oily for my wife to consume. She drank a delicious pot of Lemongrass and Ginger tea and I had a creamy, well made cappuccino which was beautiful. We intend to return again to try other food and drinks. A meal here is highly recommended.
Aside from the haemorrhoid inducing seats the food was actually unpleasant. Only had avocado on toast but it was sour and tasteless if such a thing is possible. Thank goodness the portions were small. The service was friendly but slightly irritating- we were pounced on within 5 seconds of being seated and then when we requested a minute to look at the menus we were ignored and then interrupted. Yucky really.
