Subway - Chatom

They are now charging extra if you get any cheese at all.

This Subway is my favorite one. Of all the ones I have visited and ordered from this is my favorite one. The employees are ALWAYS friendly, patient, helpful and RESPECTFUL. THEY MAKE SURE that your sub is the way you ask for it. If you wanted to try a new kind and was not sure they explain what's on the sub. Have it your way here really means your way.

Went in today order food and drinks and notice that the fountain drinks were flat. Told the workers they said they know but kept selling the fountain drinks to other customers. Asked if we could get a bottle drink instead and the young girl that is the manager acted like she didn't want to do it but finally she said yes. While we are eating there we noticed the workers started telling the customers that the fountain drinks were flat. This subway is not the best but when you don't have much to chose from in Chatom Alabama what are you going to do?

The young man was on a break and came off to make us a subway. The music was playing a little loud. The employees teased each other a bit. We differently have had better service and better sandwiches. I don't mind tipping a little if they make a good sandwich. The store overall was clean Vegetarian options: Good veggie sandwich Parking: Parking was very acceptable

Store closes at 9 but the teenage workers will lock the door at 8 and let no one In so they do not have to work and can leave early. I sat and watch 10 people try to get food after a baseball game with a full hour before closing and they would not let them order
