Quo Vadis Pizza - Chatham

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it if you are in Chatham.

Both items were made wrong.. not a great experience after 730 pm food was good just not what order . Would go again but would nit let slide .....next visit

Closed at 8pm but hours say 9pm.EDIT: after hearing it was closed due to a power outage. I would still stand by the 1 star. If you’re closed you need to communicate that in some way. A note on the door, a message on FB/Instagram, or anything. We came from out of town and were very disappointed. We had no idea what was going on and that’s unacceptable (especially considering other restaurants and establishments were open).

The manager at this restaurant lacks customer service skills. They made a mistake with my pizza and refused to correct it. When I called back to address the issue, the manager was rude and used foul language about their own mistake. Beware of this place as they are unable to follow instructions and when they make errors, they are not humble enough to admit them. If I were the owner, I would have fired the manager for swearing at me on the phone.
