Rothley Court - Charnwood

2 night stay 17 to 19th september 2023 been before so knew what to expect and it didnt let us down most enjoyable, staff are great and the history of the place is what i like.on the monday we went to leiceter,the parking prices are stupid £19-80 for 3hours, wecome to leiceter it says,think again.

We had been to this venue before for drinks so decided to try it for food one evening. The food was good but what let the experience down a bit was the staff. You had some staff who were good and made sure you were ok. But then you had others who were slow and kept forgetting things unfortunately this is who was serving us. This is what let it down for us that evening which is a shame because we’ve been to Rothley Court before and had no problems

Stayed here end of june/start of july for a wedding....definitely wouldn't of stayed by choice. We were told we were in the main bit, however were shoved into the anex. The whole place needs some TLC The rooms are out dated and run down, in desperate need of cleaning and revamping.. definitely not worth 80odd quid. We have bugs in our room and mold. The staff tried there best however they were obviously understaffed.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, the staff is friendly and attentive, and everything was freshly cooked without any errors or complaints. The only downside is that the selection is not very large, and I wish there were more salad options available.

Here now. Seamless check in. Few pints in the bar and a Deli sandwich served by Eric who was great. Enjoying it so far.
