Lees Of Birstall - Charnwood

I frequent Lees often, and it never fails to impress. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their sweet and sour dish is the best I've ever had.

I love Chinese food and being a local to the area have been using Lee's for years now. The flavours of all the dishes are amazing and on point compared to anywhere else I have been No other Chinese takeaway seems to even come close to the flavour of food which they have here. We have served their food to friends who have visited and as a result they now even travel across town just for the food! Recommend the chilli and salt ribs, chicken and duck on a bed of egg fried rice with BBQ sauce, Singapore chow mein and Hong Kong fried rice. Feeling hungry just thinking about it!

Always go to Lees but tonight had a terrible one aromatic duck was just fat, hoisin was cold and extremely runny, chow mien stone cold! Never had this before when I rang to complain the woman was quite argumentative and said the duck should be like that as though I had never eaten it before!!! Poor service, poor attitude, poor food, will not be ordering again after nearly 20 years!!!

Better than any other Chinese Take away I have visited. Lees take note of your special needs, with Jane in the foyer listening to your requirements, and making sure the cooks get it right. We normally have the Sirloin steak,which I can strongly recommend.

Conveniently placed in the village centre of Birstall. Plenty of close by parking. Top quality food and service. Very friendly staff
