The sides could have been a little less salty and the chips could have been improved, but overall, the smoked wings were amazing!

The ribs knock it out of the park! I ate them too quickly to snap a photo but they were everything that good ribs should be. I usually like wet BBQ but these relatively dry ribs still had a delightfully smoky, bold, and tender appeal. The BBQ sauce that comes with the pulled pork was a bit high on the vinegar side but still a 4/5. The chips fall a bit flat but the potato salad was exactly right.

The smoked wings at this restaurant are top-notch in Charlottesville, but prices have significantly increased due to the chicken shortage. The prices listed on their website are misleading, so be sure to confirm before placing your order. The food is delicious, especially the house-made chips, hush puppies, Mac and cheese, and BBQ sauce. Despite the higher prices, I would still recommend this place, especially if you're a fan of their smoked wings.

I visited Red Hub for the second time since the world went into lockdown. Both times, I ordered takeout. The restaurant is in a secluded location, but definitely worth a visit. The staff is friendly and the BBQ is delicious. They boast about their award-winning brisket, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The cheese grits are a must-try side dish, just be sure to save me some!

I ordered delivery tonight. I've never actually heard of Red Hub, until I saw them on Door Dash. The portions are high! And the prices are well below other BBQ places in the area. The food itself was hot, and extremely flavorful. We have been looking for a good BBQ place, since moving to the area 6 months ago. We have finally found it! We will DEFINITELY order again soon!
