Chick-fil-a - Charlottesville

I was with many Chick-fil-As and no one compared to this. First, their customer service is PHENOMENAL. They really show how much they care for there customers, and they are always trying to keep the orders of their guests efficient and yet accurate. They are also very understanding and apologetic when mistakes are made, and they ensure that it fixes as well and as quickly as possible. Secondly, the food is really delicious. Everything tastes pretty fresh and hot. Thirdly, although the Drive-Thru line can be a little long, they move cars in and out much faster than most Chick-fil-As. Fourth, cleanliness is very present throughout the business. Sure, a garbage can be full, but they usually catch quite fast and get it out if possible. They also kept their bathrooms mostly clean. Overall they do a super brilliant job and I can't even explain how amazing an experience it is to order from there almost every time!

I love this place. Service is off the charts with everything! There should be one if these in every town. Please bring one to Louisa VA. We have too many Dollar Stores, too many Dollar Generals. Could we get just one Chick FIL A?

Of course we went during a busy time-lunchtime, so I figured we was in for a little bit of a wait. The cashier's were extremely friendly and fast and surprisingly the wait wasn't long at all! We zipped through the line in no time and had our food brought out to our table moments later.. and with a nice greeting and smile. It really is the little things.

This place was somewhat busy even during what I would consider a non-peak time for breakfast during the week. Staff was friendly. The food was chain quality which was good. The play area is still closed. There is outdoor seating. The parking lot is a little difficult to get around in with the drive thru line. This was close to the interstate for a quick stop to eat.

I absolutely loved the Market salad I purchased! With the mixture of grilled chicken and different fruits included in it made it so delicious. The staff was also very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be back????
