Bidra med feedbackI wish I could give this rating zero stars! who manages this load and manages the children who are loading work in this? it's one of the most terrible wendys in charlotte by far. No one has greeted us when we are raised on the car thru. I needed them more than 10 minutes to say a word and throughout the time I saw that 4 cars left the line. eating was cold and terrible!
This isn’t for the 1st shift. But that 2nd shift!!! Most recently tonight, I ordered a ten piece and 2 four piece nuggets. Got home and realized ten nuggets were burnt but they were all spread out amongst all the other nuggets. Went back to get fresh nuggets. The lady didn’t say sorry about that inconvenience or anything just pull around. Got to the window the two lady’s there seemed like they were talking about me. I asked if they wanted to see the nuggets for proof but she said scolded “No” gave me the nuggets and shut the window. Customer service is dead. It’s horrible. Because I didn’t have to spend my money there. HR need to do better with the screening and making sure people have the necessary skills and training. I won’t be going there anymore at night .
Worst go to another fast food restaurant!!!! 30 minute wait only 4 cars ahead of me! rudeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee dont waste or give into this place! cold burger bad grease on fries taste like it hasn't been changed in forever!
Drive thru Sign stated they were only taking orders inside, parked my car to walk in and the doors were locked at 7:45pm with no one in sight but the lights were on as if they were open.
Waited in line for 20 mins around 10:00 pm for a door dash order got to the intercom to let the employee know I was here to pickup no one responded for 15 minutes I decided to go the 2nd window hoping someone would notice me. Decided to call the store no one picked up . I also saw people inside not caring just laughing so I finally got someone to come to the window and he pointed at the drink machine and walked alway without saying anything it’s been 10 minutes and I’m still waiting the time is now 11:06 and the person I’m doordashing for is very upset at me plz corporate have a sit down with your team members and at least tell them communication is key I understand staff is short but when I’m waiting 20+ min for someone else’s without any communication then that becomes a problem.
