Bidra med feedbackThe food was OUTSTANDING. Our server seemed distracted, took a while to come to us, but we might have caught the tail end of his Sunday brunch. He was really sweet, and his staff joined to help as soon as we sat and rolled. I was thrilled with my selection of food, the roasted chicken was seasoned well and damp, and the engraving was embarrassing and tasty, the cookies were obviously handmade and absolutely amazing. Even the appetizers we received were so good that we asked for a second order! And the parking was easy, even on a busy Sunday afternoon!
For the first time to go to Tupelo honey was the experience. When you enter, you will be greeted by some friendly faces that will help you to walk. After you sit and order, bring the best drops of cookies you have. Large, dense, tasteful cookies. Give me a whole plate! We had 8 in our party and most of us ordered the chicken and cookies. I have to say the severity on the cookies was not big, I prefer it without. I also asked how it came, everyone else wanted bacon instead of ham and my came with bacon. It's good, but I'd rather have ham. The fried chicken was wonderful wish we had got dessert, must go back a second time to try more. Really enjoyed.
When my daughter visited Charlotte, we took the light rail that stops right from Tupelo Honey. We decided to eat there and we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious. They brought cookies with jam and Tupelo honey before the meal. Yummy! We have both meat lambs, but with different sides. It was so good. Everything was exactly right and so tastefully seasoned. Really nice atmosphere too. The waitress named Morgan was very nice and really great!
Waiting was ridiculous, but we didn't even complain and the manager was generous enough to give us a free dessert. Chicken left me with not enough taste, my daughters grilled cheese was very hard. But our service was great, the sweet tea was good, and the atmosphere was really nice. Next time I try to go to dinner.
I came here with some friends for Sunday brunch and was happy we got there early (9am) since it filled up fast! We luckily found parking pretty easily and we're seated right away. The brunch menu is very large with a lot of options including lunch items like sandwiches. I will say the prices are a bit high, however everything was very good. We got a side of fried okra which is cooked perfectly and getting a side order of eggs gives you a very generous portion! Our waiter was very friendly and quick to serve us and take our order. I will say that it was very cold in the restaurant and I had to leave my coat on the whole time. Overall I would definitely recommend to visit in.
