Bidra med feedbackThis Taco Bell store and service is the worst the manager is Will there and he can’t even solve one small problem and when u ask for higher management they don’t help but the store number is 5457 and I hope maybe this can get to upper management’s because this is non stop problem. I order two flat breads they give me one and not only it looks bitten and it was cold. I only live 1.2 miles down the road and there is no way is would get cold in 5 mins and they said the best they can do is remake it and that’s all they can say every time. They don’t care about your time you have to waste going back or won’t even give u like an extra store credit for messing everything up. I rather you guys go to another location.
This is my second time coming to this restaurant and the dining room was closed again. They really need to get it together. They should at least put up a sign saying they are closed. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, so they could easily switch to drive-thru only.
There was absolutely no meat in the crunchwrap. They didn't even put a full scoop of meat in it, and keep in mind that a full scoop is what goes into the small soft tacos.
It may take a little longer to get your order, but it worth it!! Food is always hot and the order is correct. I recently learned the additional 2 minute wait is due to my order being made to order!!!! I love it!!!
This is the problem with automated ordering and no front of house staff. I have been here for 20 min with no help. I ordered selected cash and No one came to collect payment for my order so it never sent to the back. I am now I am late for work with no time to eat. Manager in the office in the back did not even come out to address the issue or apologize.
