Smashburger - Charlotte

Got a truffle burger and fries. Food was HOT and fresh. You order at the counter, pay, and they bring you their food. Ms. T was an amazing cashier. She was super friendly and helpful. She even remembered my name and used it to say goodbye. Excellent service!

The burgers here are so delicious and freshly cooked every time and the smash tots and fries are delicious too. The customer service is always amazing and the wait time is not bad for fresh products.

How do I start.... I will start by saying THANK YOU for the great food and the service. You guys are amazing. My office and crew were so surprised at how good everything was. Down to the last fry you guys are wonderful. Our burgers were hot fresh and deelishis!!! The customer care was great too. My 1st time there I love strawberry shakes and the shake was good I like meeting with burgers they actually do not have a cook for meeting where Burger the 1st place in Charlotte I am new to this city I will definitely be back The customer service and the food did not take long made to order

I have been here before and I have always had good experiences. Yesterday was another one of them. My husband and I ordered the double smash burger with the smash fries and a drink it was sooo good. The burger was nice hot juicy!!! The service was fast! My son enjoyed the tenders kids meal and fries. The portion size was good for him. The staff was great she answered my questions with no problems and was ready to take our order as soon as we arrived. If you are looking for a great burger option while in the Cotswold Area I highly recommend you give this place a try.
