Bidra med feedbackI had heard great things about this restaurant, so my friend and I decided to take a thirty-minute drive to try authentic African cuisine. However, we were a bit disappointed. The portions were very small and expensive, the soup was not enough, and the meat was severely overcooked.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and amazing, but the portion sizes are small. I have come to really enjoy this restaurant and have tried several of their dishes. However, for the price of $30, I would prefer a larger portion size. The food is supposed to serve two adults, but I fear I will still be hungry afterwards. Despite this, I will continue to dine at this restaurant. The staff, comprised of a group of lovely ladies, are also very pleasant.
I love this place! It's the only spot I trust to satisfy my cravings. I ordered the egusi soup with fish and fufu, and everything was fresh and hot. The customer service is excellent, always greeted with a smile and they even help with choosing dishes. I definitely recommend this place! ??
Great flavor and great staff. Came with a friend who has never experienced west African food; staff was able to explain and make great recommendations. We bought swallow and soup along with fish rice. Everything was well prepared and food was great.
Stewed beef and pounded yam was great. Other people in the party were happy too with their orders of ground nut chicken. All containers were either plastic or Styrofoam though. I was there for my second visit and ordered jollof rice and beef stew. Thefood was just average. It cane with no greens even. I second the comments in the Irma Tate review below for the same day aboutthe beef and the gentleman.
