My classmates and I come here every Thursday Saturday for our lunch breaks and every time, it?s phenomenal! the food, the service, the staff, everything and everyone here at the South End location is absolutely amazing! I visit this Sabor restaurant often because it is close to my office. The service is always exceptional, 5-star quality! This last visit, I ordered online for the first time but mistakenly chose the wrong location. When we arrived to pick up the order, they went above and beyond to help us out. They quickly cancelled the original order and prepared a new one in just 5 minutes. They were incredibly accommodating! I am truly grateful for their outstanding service and will definitely be a loyal customer for life.

This is my favorite Sabor location due to the space and service. There is plenty of indoor seating and some tables outdoor. Sabor in general is great quality at a great price like there is a special everyday of the week from tacos to burritos to margaritas. Anyone complaining about portions and price is just being greedy. The burritos are huge for $8. At this location, service is quick (remember everything is prepared fresh) and most employees speak both English and Spanish. You can pick your favorite salsas and even take some to go for later. I recommend a customer burrito with the chopped chicken (so much flavor).

The tacos at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! Every bite was incredible. I would have given it a higher rating, but unfortunately, the staff was disappointing. The person taking our order seemed completely disinterested, wearing AirPods in both ears and not even greeting us as they silently took our order. The person delivering our food also did not speak.

The quality of the ingredients is good but the workers seem to be incompetent. 1/3 of the time my burrito will be made properly and it will be great. 2/3 of the time either: they got my order wrong, the burrito is somehow soaking wet on all sides, the ingredients aren't mixed together at all and half of the burrito is just rice and nothing else and the other half has no rice and everything else densely packed together, it is falling apart from the moment I open it and is impossible to eat with my hands, or any combination of these problems. I've had enough bad experiences that I don't think I will be ordering food from here anymore but it's extremely frustrating because it's in a convenient location and on the rare occasion that it's made properly it is actually pretty good.
