Good food and great service. I recommend anything on the menu. Meals are always good. Definitely stop in.

The food was good and the restaurant was. clean. Our waiter was really nice.

The restaurant chain has been around for a while. It maintains an interesting menu. Unfortunately, the service at the location we typically visit has been deteriorating throughout the last year. Some of the staff appear untrained and passively observe the situation. Our orders had been made available to the server timely, but we saw the salads, soups, and entrees left at the kitchen counter for 10 -15 minutes before being brought to the table. Overall, unfortunately, it is difficult to imagine this place surviving much longer...

Food was good. The service was....not quite there.There was no proper table greet, our server did not know how to open a bottle of wine (we helped) and our food came out dish by dish. All in all, dinner took an hour and a half, but most of that was spent waiting for our entrees bottle of wine. Our server did a good job, but was clearly not trained well. There is a reason this is a dying franchise. Edit: (2/28/2020) I've reached out to the below link with my comments and some specifics. I'll update this review as appropriate.

Food was great, but the restaurant was smokey af. It wasn't busy at all when we were there but it seemed to take a long time for the food to come out.
