River Buffet Grill - Charlotte

First time and the food was excellent, clean, very eye appealing food items, great selection. Service was great as was the decor. My only complaint is to other customers, control your damn children, if you can't don't take them out. One family that left, their table looked like a bunch if pugs gad just been there, I felt for the server and found out they left no tip...wow, really people. Need a child free space in every food place since parents sit idolly by while their little devils ruin amuck.....

My favorite Chinese buffet. I love the selection of food and it's pretty dang good. It gets busy here on the weekends but they're fast at seating. Only thing I would change is to turn up the air because it gets hot in there with all the food and the people.

Overall is was decent. Very popular sport. Warning, if you have any allergies, be careful. I have a shellfish allergy and they have shrimp on almost every buffet server. Becuase its a buffet, there is a very high chance of cross contamination. I went becuase of the large group I was with. I ended up picking from what I thought would have the least chance of cross contamination but I started to feel the onset of a reaction. So I stopped eating to took precautions. Outside that, there was a very large selections of meat, seafood including sushi. From what I was able to eat, the food seemed ok. Parking waa good and price was very affordable.

Lots of fresh delicious choices! My only wish would be that blue crabs were on the buffet every night. I was told they occasionally have them but i have not seen them there yet. Great value and yummy food!Parking: It is located in a shopping center so there is always plenty of parking available.
